My outdoor boy

This is an example of the hilarious things Connor loves to do on a Saturday morning.

My manuscript - a la Little Women style

Hopefully someday soon I'll write those query letters and send this baby out!

My fierce ninja warrior

Old Pueblo

Daniel participated in the Old Pueblo 24 hour mountain bike race.  He was on the corporate team for Pivot with 9 other people.  The course is 15 miles long and each person takes turns doing laps for 24 hours.  I can't believe I don't have a picture of Daniel on his bike.  What kind of wife am I?  Here's some pics of the kids playing in the hills.

Renaissance Fair

I'm such a mean mom.  I never let the kids get their faces painted.  They all think this is a grave injustice.  How can I justify paying $10 for something that will be washed off at the end of the night?  So when Megan went to the Renaissance with her 6th grade she took her wallet and got her face painted.  I have to admit it's pretty cute.  At the end of the night I asked her if it was worth it.  She said, "Well, not really."

Suzy Larson's Baby Shower

Some friends and I threw a baby shower for our good friend, Suzy.  She had twins!  Little girls!

Cub Scouts
