Megan and Connor at the beginning of our visit to the Wild Animal Park, look how happy they are. By the end of the day, everyone was crying. Amazing how so much fun makes everyone soo grouchy.

The Gorillas were awesome. I felt bad that their cages were so small. Megan didn't wan to leave when we first saw them. 

Nature happens.

Hey long necks! 

After about 15 tires, I finally took a photo that has the kids and a lion in it. 

The Lion camp was the coolest, the kids loved gettin close to the animals. That lion is about 20 feet away. 

That Rhino in the middle is the largest Rhino on record, she is over 9,000 lbs. And that's her little baby behind her. 

We lucked out on the Tram ride; apparently Tigers like to nap when it's hot out. It was cooling down on our ride, and this guy went for a stroll. 

Megan's first day of school!

Well I held it together pretty well as I took my Megan to her first day of kindergarten. I'll admit it; I am one of the sappiest fathers out there. The not so surprising thing is how ready she was to go! She wasn't afraid to leave us, in fact she was way excited.

I guess we have to let them start growing up sometime.

She held my hand while we crossed the street to school, the moment we hit the play ground she pulled loose and ran to her new friends. She was so excited to go! 

Megan and our neighbor Naomi, luckily they are in the same class! 

It's official, she has a backpack, and a name tag! She is all grown up! *sobbing* Have fun a school Megan! 

Paul at Rock Lobster Cycles gave me two hats. Well the kids think I got them as gifts from my trip. 

Megan is starting soccer again. She is on an all girl team, and the coach is full of energy, looks like she will have fun! 

Kira and the kids come for a visit!

Well what can I say? Kira came down with her kids, Megan and Emily were inseparable. Connor was the bully and spent many an hour in time out, other than that, it was a good mini family reunion, no one died or spent time in jail, I call it a success.
